   Automated Nucleic Acids Extraction System ANDiS 350 performs fully purification of nucleic acids using magnetic-particle technology. Samples can be process in batches of up to 32 samples. Automated Nucleic Acids Extraction System ANDiS 350 contains two sets of 8-magnetic rods that protected by rod cover. These rods can pick up or release magnetic particles in the wells of 96- well sample prep plate.

   • Samples are lysised in the wells containing required lysis reagents.
   • Nucleic acids bind to the surface of magnetic beads and washed to remove contaminants.
   • Purified nucleic acid is eluted in the well containing elution buffer.
